Your order will be sent on the same day in 99% of the cases if you order before 3 p.m. Orders after 3 p.m. can take a day longer. Orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday are sent on Monday.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product(s). You will then be credited with the order amount. However, the costs for returning from your address to us are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right you can return the product together with form for withdrawal. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
